please read up on why and how NFA34 actually was passed, and how the feds lied to make their case in US v Miller. if the feds would have told the truth like they are supposed to when testifying in front of the scotus or any judge, then the NFA34 would not even exist today.

the FBI's actions and testimony from the scotus ruling on US v Miller tells me that the fbi shall lie whenever they can to make their case.

any case the fbi is involved is automatically suspect.

What say you?

I say it is regressive and unconscionable.

What say you?

so what would the feds do when their employees started getting killed enforcing your little scheme?
i dont know about you, but I do believe that 10-12 million gun owners would not follow any federal goverment scheme such as that.

We could also tax the homeowner's insurance of gun owners. Double their insurance and put it in a pot for the families of all gun violence. Also, tax ammunition by 200%.

I will do that. I only became familiar with it when I was moving my dad to an apartment and found he was in possession of a .410 handgun that he had inherited but was considered contraband under the act. I turned it in to the ATF.

Surprised it's not buried on page 1785 of Obamacare being a health issue.

Shouldn't he have been compensated for the taking of his private property?

if you have to turn in any weapon to the batf, you should always cut it at an angle across the receiver with a plasma cutter. it keep the feds from using it for themselves.
