Why not focus on just taking guns away from the CRIMINALS?...Better yet take their liberty/life away too...80% of crimes are cause by repeat offenders...obviously jail doesn't reform them!

So, we need to store them permanently or dispose of them! Not all...just the violent ones who repeat ONCE...not two three or twenty times!
...And make a mandatory 15 year sentence for ANY gang association whatsoever...they either WILL be violent or enable those that are!

I own a firearm labeled an "Assault Weapon" by the AWB of '94. It's not a real assault rifle, but the politicians with their focus groups have found a way to convince many that it is.

Regardless, it was legally obtained earlier in 2012. As such, it is mine to own until I choose to sell it, give it away, or die.

And no layer of government can change that.
There is a popular " gun buy back" going on across the Country. The people have spoken when Obama was elected for another four years! The majority want something done, they want something done because of mass killings by heavily armed wing nut bags who falsely think they can't take it anymore, so, they strike out by killing as many people as they can , in as a short time possible .What we need is a way to slow down the number killed. Just think, what if some 6-7 year olds could be alive today , by slowing down the speed of gun fire.......and, the gun lovers get to keep their guns, everyone's happy?

I have been an advocate for "Truth in Sentencing" for over 30 years. Abolish parole, and have the convicted serve every day of their sentence. No one goes to prison to reform, they are sent to prison to remove them from society. At least for a time, others are sent to prison in order to permanently remove them from society. Screw "reform." Rehabilitation is a bleeding-heart liberal-freak concept.

I could support that, but, from past mass killings, they all share the same thing.....all were off the grid, most had no Pryor crimes of substance that would rase the red flag that they are soon to be Mass killers.

Perhaps you are missing my point..... In the 2nd the words Fire Arms is used...... You have a right to these weapons to assist in the prevention of govt tyranny, and for defenses of yourself, your property and you state if called upon, with fire arms which are guns only.

It is not a right to bear hand grenades, artillery, rockets, missiles, crew supported weapons one man can lug around and use by himself, and etc etc..... No nukes either.

The Bow and arrow do not apply, nor do knives axes, swords dirks, and etc.. No right to them just fire arms..

Howver if you have enough money for some of these things it's a no brainer you may buy and own them and will pay taxes, fees need permits and lic.....

But in theory you should be able to open carry in all 50 states...... And in theory with one or another form of carry permit carry in all 50 states, EXCEPT rhe various states are guilty of Infringement, and no one is fighting that fight.

LOL By Law in Mass just men are still required to bring a musket to church on Sundays to defend the church and the people from Savages!

Your one of those savages ainch'ya?

You gun grabbers do realize that the firearm found at the school and those on the shelves, are SEMI-auto right???

They operate just like a pistol. 1 round for every squeeze of the trigger.
They are NOT full automatic!!
