These 10 states have the largest numbers of people making over $250,000 per year and that will cost them a pile of tax money if the Bush tax cuts are allowed to expire. Now these people tend to be professionals like doctors, lawyers, engineers and the like but they will pay for the death of the cuts, if and when they happen. I wonder how many of them have awakened to see what is about to happen to them. Not many, I don't think.

We would only be going back to the pre-Bush temporary tax cuts rates. It's not suicide or the end of the world.

Agreed.

Those among us making $1 million or thereabouts to $250K are the new "Kulaks" for the Obama admin. The uber rich will simply avoid paying any further taxes and the "Kulaks" will bear the brunt of the tax assault. This is why Warren Buffet and Bill Gates are so enthusiastic about such taxes, as they will never pay a dime.

Stalin would be proud of Obama, as he is emulating his policies quite well.

Are you high?

Obama's policies are not within light years of resembling Stalin's.

You guys believe the most idiotic stuff.

Is there a chance that the Obama plan that is intended to allow him to blame the Republicans along with getting more tax money with the new taxes isn't aimed at the very people he talked about for so long? Please explain this to me, if you can.

The Dude sure hasn't been able to take all this in, but then he doesn't know about all the new taxes for 2013 from Obamacare, does he? These people who think he is after the wealthy (rich) with the expiration of the Bush cuts will soon see the light and I bet they cry in their momma's basements for some time.

Funny as I dont recall many millionaire's/billionaire's complaining about taxes while Bill Clinton was POTUS. All Obama is asking is that it go back to the rates they were during the Clinton era.

This wasn't an issue during the Clinton years, I don't see it an issue for them to go back to that. Not really suicide, just a typical Con overreacting in this 24hr news cycle world we live in. So in other words, it is just a typical day...

Remember when all of us were dead in the 90s? Me neither. Guess we aren't committing suicide after all.
