Abortion isn't malicious.

People's medical procedures are confidential, not secretive.
Lol, what you think this is kindergarten and if you repeat your opinion it somehow convinces people

Are you for real, I left 8th grade a long time ago, that doesn't work for me.

It was an isipid song then, and it's an isipid song now.

But, there have been babies who survived at the 20-21 week mark with the help of medical technology. meaning viability starts here. We should play it safe and go earlier, several weeks earlier (which makes a big difference in this regard). This is why I say at 15. You know that afterwards things start to get murky and we want to err on the side of life here. By that time, the woman has had plenty of time to make up her mind. if she can't make up her mind, why should her choice be respected?
By your logic, all guns should be banned because of what might happen.
See, I can understand your points very clearly.

Nope because owning guns don't by necessity harm someone.

Abortion by NECESSITY destroys a fetus. So we have to draw guidelines where the fetus is clearly not a human being. Just like on death penalty cases, we don't go oh he's PROBABLY guilty we go he's DAMN STRAIGHT GUILTY AS SIN and then we have a nice fry.

No, "we" don't.

The law says when abortion is legal. The End.

""""""we don't go oh he's PROBABLY guilty """""

That is off topic and has happened many times.

I don't know what "isipid" is or means, but, if you meant to write "insipid", well, yes I agree but, when I was reading your post, that is what popped into my little pea brain. I thought an aging hippy might like it. Maybe I haven't left the 8th grade.
