Did not vote for my congress rep there was no 3rd party so I left the slate blank.

Reading the Bill is not part of the process. Did we not find that out with Affordable Care Act. And if you read the bill, it requires some thought and perhaps judgement---not something that easily fits into the act of playing politics. Being back in Washington allows them to get the 1 minute briefing of how they should vote on any issue.
