and you liberals want to blame it on guns. Is it ever going to be about personal responsibility with you folks, or are you going to go for emotion ladened gun grabs to make yourselves feel better. Your liberal policies have led to a breakdown in the family, now you dont like the results of what you have brought on this nation now you look for a scapegoat. THis idiot left firearms in her house , for two days with a mentally disturbed evil spawn and now lets punish law abiding citizens as a result.

While Lanza may have been an adult, he was a mentally disturbed individual whose mother allegedly didn't even allow to cook his own meals. I think it's fairly safe to say that leaving someone who you don't trust around the stove home alone is a bad decision.
I'm not sure if she can be blamed as a parent, but she definitely showed poor judgement as a caregiver for a mentally unbalanced person.
So are you suggesting that no 20 year old should ever be left alone for two days? That gossip rag/blog you've posted is also very misleading to quote the babysitter's comments about never leaving the kid alone. He was a babysitting back when Adam was 10-12 years old, not recently. There also has been no creditable reports about what pharmaceutical drugs may or may not have been in his system when he killed himself or what may or may not have been prescribed for him.

The story was on CNN as well. A 20 year old like him should never be left alone for two days with firearms in the house. I realize when I speak of personal responsibility it is like speaking another language to some since most Americans are govt dependent nowadays! Sad...
