Cool. Obama should propose new gun legislation every month. Just think of what that could do for sales!
He probably will do that until he gets just what he wants. A little this week, a little next month, a little more the following month and then have to wait till the next fool goes out of his mind and visits another Gun Free Zone.
Are there any statistics on how many Americans do NOT own any guns? Usually one only reads statistics saying there are so and so many million arms in the US, thus every American owns so and so many arms. But if many people own many more guns than just one, then a whole lot of people don't have any guns, maybe even the majority
Lot's of left leaning individuals own heavy weapons too. When you or whoever decide to turn traitor, the real patriots will stand up and put them down. They're ready to provide a can of whoop-ass to whoever wants some.
I've read in various places that roughly half of all "households" have at least one firearm. Whether that is accurate or not, I do not know.
I suppose there are also strong regional differences, like between Washington state and Texas
