Very simple. You don't need to talk to them. Choose your words carefully. If you don't know the answer, don't answer.

Let them take you in.

Because once you have people behind you, they become powerless.

You're right, but what happens if you stand for your rights and they really get abusive? It seems to me that they have all the cards and you have to do whatever they say unless there are plenty of interested witnesses around during the incident. People have died in route to police stations that were fine before they began their journey. These are trying times for those of us that understand and believe in our Constitutional rights. We are seen as dissidents.

Default The accused should press charges

I think the 'victims' in this case should hire a good criminal lawyer and press charges as appropriate. Then when they win that case sue the responsible police department for a lot of money.

You do understand that if there are no witnesses and no video evidence that you could end up dead do you not?

everybody loses, the victims are scared for life and the taxpayers have to foot the bill due to the usual government incompetence.
Cop pension funds should be tapped for the reparations when this occurs.
