Valigator, who touched you when you were a child? Was it your father? It's time to get counseling and start talking through some of these issues, and stop letting the anger destroy your life.
And "only" a 43% recidivism rate is not comforting.
It is when you consider the larger picture of how many "regular" ex-convicts recidivate. Like I said, this is merely a part of the larger problem.
EDIT: That 43% by the way includes people arrested for technical violations of their parole as well as people returned for non-sexual offenses. Actual felony sex offenses are lower 5.3%.
So, essentially 5.3% of released sex offenders are repeat offenders.
