Perhaps a better point to de-mystify the op's query (based in same-sexer hate) to give it an air of a less-hostile sentiment (like lib-'progs' do):
Should people with ANY communicable disease be required to register, sort of like how Vienese or Dutch prostitutes must be registered as sex-workers and medically checked every few months, as gun-owners must register and pass background checks, etc.

As for this refreshing AIDS-talk time capsule, I'm surprised no one questions why HIV is a primarily heterosexual disease of the near-yesterday & today in the undeveloped world, but was primarily contracted by homosexuals when it was unleashed in the developed world thirty years ago?

Face the facts...Aids is a communicable disease, and it causes great harm and death to people.
And the simple truth is, the people that spread this disease are irresponsible and selfish. They know their lifestyles, they know the risks of them, they know they should be tested, and they know that they are putting others at risk.
Live with those facts...You don't get it from toilet seats...I hope you are aware of that by now?...(Talk about emotional)

Correct, today the ratio is 75% of the people worldwide infected with HIV are heterosexuals, not homosexuals. Also is that the disease started with heterosexuals. It is a human disease, not a gay disease and anyone can get the disease if they practice unsafe sex or do intravenous drugs. As long as heterosexuals have this notion that they cannot contract HIV because they believe only gay men get it, then they are going to see their numbers of infected individuals rise.

Right, and worldwide 2.7 million children under age 15 have HIV/AIDS, and 48 % of adults living with AIDS/HIV are female.
You sound like Wayne LaPierre who wants a database of the mentally ill. So I guess fair is fair. But why pick on AIDS victims. You do know you can't get AIDS from being around someone who has it. Besides, we are not in the 80's anymore.
Then why is AIDS so prevelant today?
