She is clearly a threat to our nation.
This is exactly what our 2nd Amendment is for.

Murder rates are coming down, now that more and more people are becoming armed for their own protection.
Criminals being shot by would be victims, is on the rise, but that is not murder. Making death by gun on the rise.

Calculate that!

Read his letter again. He is right--no one should be required to tell the government what we own. If the emphasis is really on preventing deaths, then let's crack down on the illegal immigrants killing people with cars they are not licensed to drive. Let's crack down on DUIs. Let's crack down on gangs, just to name a few. I'd be really interested to see the comparisons of statistics of deaths by these other atrosities first before we start changing the constitution.

Probably not. The authorities will just accelerate the paroles of lessor criminals to make room for these more dangerous ones.
