I really would like someone to explain why the rich should pay, disproportionately more. IMO, if someone makes 10 times what I make, and they pay the same percent I do, they automatically pay 10 times what I pay so they're already paying more.

Thanks to loopholes, many of them don't pay the same percentage as middle income people.

Given they're asked to pay a higher percent, I don't blame them for finding loop holes.

How much more should the rich pay? Why should we be punishing them for being successful? You would think success would be something to aspire to not to punish.

It's time the parasites of society start paying their "fair share".

When will the bottom feeders be forced to cough up cash instead of making a lifelong commitment to live off the backs of others?

Even with the obmacare taxes on "the rich" ?

He still wants more ?

Someone needs to tell him what France just tried to pull off regarding taxing the rich.

I agree 100%!

Time to tax dividends, capital gains, and hedge fund pay like regular income.

How about those who suck up social services?

Want to tax capital gains like regular income? Say buhbye to people investing, which would crush the economy. It helps if you know something about economics before you choose to debate it.

They damn sure shouldn't be paying 13%...Pay the rate they should be paying 35%-40.
