She probably carries around all her savings because she doesn't have a bank account. It's not unusual for a poor person to live a cash economy.

The photo of the yacht on the top of the article is a dead give a way that it's likely another good for nothing GOP leech that has all the money in the world for expensive items, but still makes the taxpayer give them a food stamp card.

That is why you don't leave valuables in your car. I accidentally left a small backpack full of dirty work clothes in my car and had it broken into and stolen.
