Oh I gotcha, this is purely a subjective thing. Well your "bad stuff" is what I see as a woman having the "right to choose." So I am cool with it.

...
The new document the abortion organization posted shows Planned Parenthood did 329,445 abortions in 2010 while it provided prenatal care to only 31,098 women and referred only 841 women to adoption agencies.

Planned Parenthood - what a joke of a name for that organization.
They have a plan alright, but why it's abortion 91% of the time is a mystery to me. Who are these women who are having these abortions, what do they have in common? The answer may be there.

Read the thread; this skewing of the facts has been corrected further down.

Why is that a mystery? When people hear the words, "Planned Parenthood" uttered, their mind automatically goes to abortion because Planned Parenthood is demonized constantly for providing abortion services. So where do you think a women who is pregnant and who does not want to be pregnant go for care? Does she go to an OBGYN who does not perform abortions? Do she choose a midwife? No she goes to the place where she knows that she can get an abortion which is, Planned Parenthood. If she does wish to continue with her pregnancy she will choose an OBGYN or a midwife for care, not PP, because the vast majority of PP"s do not provide prenatal care. Simple.

If no government money was not going to them then there wouldn't be any issues about what they do or how they spend their money.

But government money is going to them..45% of their budget is government money.
Taxpayers have a right to an opinion and through voting how their tax money should be spent.

This is something that I can agree on.

Only 26% of abortions in the US were performed at PP in 2008.
PP is not the only place to obtain an abortion in America.

PP is not for profit. Plenty of other not for profit organizations exist without government money.
I say remove the government money and that removes the political issue of "where your tax dollars go".

Does PP and/or the government think PP can't exist without government support ?

Remove the government money removes the politics and taxpayer opinions/petitions/etc.

They are pregnant, low income and do not want the child. Unfortunately the OP just focused on abortions which is a small percentage of the services at PPH. No one wants abortions, the US needs to do a better job since they have one of the highest rates of unintended pregnacies of any civilized country. If you want to do some good, address why that is the case rather than trying to close down facilities that offer preventive services.

PP is the poster child for abortion though despite the stats.
