If you have read any of my posts on the gun issue you would realize I am very much on the side of personal gun ownership. I believe any and all responsible citizens should be armed when and where ever they please. If you have made a great deal about self defense and somebody shoots you you were not very good at it. I am impressed by the irony of the situation.

The guy was apparently the web producer, with a wife and 2 yr old. Sorry I don't see the humor can you fill me in?

His videos weren't about self defense. They just showed different wheapons and how they worked on things like watermelons etc etc.

I didn't realize the whole "russian" thing was a schtick until this thread.

Let me interject some hypothesis here. If Adam Lanza were found dead in his cell from a gunshot wound to his head, God surely would be seen as working in mysterious ways. That is, if there is a God.

Or in Russia/USSR with certain privilage you live by the gun to terrorize others who don't have one.

If I am a gun nut as you call it, is it safe to say you are a tyrant nut?

Where were the police to protect him?

Stuff like this doesn't rattle us (is it suppose to rattle us?) pro gunners in the least.

Not all gun owners are gun nuts in my opinion. I personally don't care what your hobbies are, just make sure your hobby does not spill over into my kids school and there is no issue.

I am a gun owner myself. I don't own but two guns.

Gun nuts are people who have an unhealthy obsession with guns. If you are one, you probably would be too far gun to realize it.

This is not a partisan issue though, this is an American issue.

They're not taking our guns. If they start with the gun nut up the road they'll be coming after casual gun owners like myself next, you can bet on that. Alex Jones may be a nutjob but he's not always wrong.

God Bless America.

The teachers were not asking for it. They just wanted to teach children.

Conversely, this gun nut was a proponent of the same dangerous gun culture which obviously killed him. Big difference. I mourn the teachers, I don't mourn this clown.
