It's pretty simple stuff really. All these diet crazes and pills that magically make you lose weight etc. is all bunk. Go exercise. Folks are just too lazy and look for the easy way out or something to blame.

According to some gun advocates, chemicals in a pill form cause you to become so depressed that you commit suicide, but chemicals in liquid form are harmeless.

Yeah that's what I've always said.

People want a quick fix. Get off your ass and run around the block just once a day, it'll make a world of difference.
