We've been through this I don't know how many times and it seems birthers never seem to learn the basics on how the Court operates.
The Supreme Court has not accepted Noonan v Bowen as a case to be reviewed by the Supreme Court. What the docket shows is the case like thousands of other cases has been submitted for consideration to be considered by the Supreme Court. During these conferences, arguments and evidence are not presented just the decision of the lower courts.

Yep.
Until the case is accepted for certiorari, I will not buy the OP's claim.
Even this Supeme Court has enough common sense to reject the birther's nutty ideas.
The article says U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts accepted the case to be heard to see if Obama is actually a natural born Citizen.
Well, the article assumes that its audience are easily-liked rubes who don't mind being led by the nose, then.
Quote:
On Feb. 15, all nine justices will hear arguments on whether Obama used forged government documents and fake identification in order to get elected as commander-in-chief.
Not at all. On Feb 15th, the justices will decide among themselves whether the case merits their attention at all. They will hear no arguments. You're being lied to. Doesn't that p.ss you off?

The case is called 'Noonan v Bowen'
On Feb. 15, all nine justices will hear arguments on whether Obama used forged government documents and fake identification in order to get elected as commander-in-chief.
The case . . . provides a mountain of evidence of Barack Obama using a last name not legally his, forged Selective Service application, forged long form and short form birth certificate and a Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 which was never assigned to him according to E-Verify and SSNVS. Additionally, this case provides evidence of around one and a half million invalid voter registrations in the state of California alone.
Even if genuine, at this point, it's more like closing the barn door after the horses got out.....
To all the coconuts who are obssessed with the horror of someone "like him" in the white house. You are going to be needing your minds when this is all over and he's out of there. I dare say you needs your brains right now in the present, but that be dammned, you are all hell bent on cracking up.
oh why doesn't anyone accept bets on these kind of things.
as noted above, all that has happened is that oly taitz's case that was denied by the CA supreme court has been submitted for revue. expect a denial without explanation from the SCOTUS.
