No it has the potential of being a child, the potential means that it has a chance of being born.

Uh: ask a woman who was raped or worse, a 12 year old girl?

I'll say it: IMHO abortion should be legal till maybe 3 to 4 months, tops.

That doesn't make sense. The potential of being born doesn't change what it is.

If abortion is murder, which those of us in the pro life movement believe, then, why is the way a baby was conceived matter? rape is a disgusting, vile act and the rapist ahould be castrated, but how does killing the baby erase the rape?

What it is in the beginning is a cluster of cells, if that is a child then a tumor is also a child.

Nothing like raising a baby from your rapist, especially for a 12 yr old who is obviously ready for motherhood at that age. I am sure every woman who is raped wants a DNA reminder of what happened to her and the joy of telling that child where they came from.

Why would the mother have to raise it? There are thousands of people that are the product of rape, according to you, their lives are not as worthy as your own. That is a very sad and hurtful opinion.

Yet that is when you and Alabama is trying to say when life begins so obviously that cluster of cells is a legal child, which again I wonder does that make a tumor a child?

Oh even better, force the woman to carry it to term and then send it off to another family hoping that child never learns the truth that they were an unwanted rapist baby. Wouldn't you love to learn that about yourself, it would be exciting.
