It's ironic you would call someone rude and hateful, and pretend to defend the side of the homosexuals.
So christians are ok with this, but what if the tables were turned? Say you go to a restaurant and pray over your meal. The muslim owner overhears it after you leave, gives you a letter. It informs you that you are an infidel, will burn in hell if you don't submit to Allah, and that he had a daughter who was christian and it ruined his grandkid's life. You wouldn't be incensed at this? Be honest now.
