when i've discussed your beliefs on the topic you've ignored each point i've made and accused me of being insulting for simply using the term "birther".

if you'd like to discuss the topic politely i'd be happy to .

wrong. please point to a single one of these credible experts. even the maricopa county cold case posse admitted in their second press conference that they weren't using experts.

of the experts that have looked into things ( and i'm happy to link to them ) none have said there are signs of forgery.

nothing. what is racist is when a person is held to a different standard because of the color of his/her skin. an example from birtherdom:

in the beginning of june 2008 obama released online a contemporary state issued and certified COLB as proof of birth. many claimed that it was not legal proof of birth and insufficient, most notably donald trump and g. gordon liddy.

at the end of may 2011 romney released online a contemporary state issued and certified COLB as proof of birth. nobody claimed that it was not legal proof of birth or insufficient.

two identical situations with complete opposite outcomes. what factor do you believe affected the outcome?

they were. the GA ballot challenge. all the birther evidence ( both the "kenyan born" and "2 US citizen parent" theories) were presented in court before a judge and the birthers lost ( without the need of the defense. they boycotted the proceeding ).

can the name calling now begin?

an honest word of advice. the national average for an hour's worth of an attorney's time is $280. get 27 friends to pitch in $10 and take the judge's decision in the GA birther challenge to an attorney and have them give their opinion whether judge malihi's decision was biased or was inline with the law.

JasonF, some of us know what the answer is and history MAY tell the truth. You won't believe it though because you have a closed mind. I would like to see and I think the American people have a right to the facts before a suit about this is refused to be listened to. When the facts are looked at by a real unbiased court, then you can start calling people names. That will probably never happen in my lifetime; but the truth will some day come out. You might want to think about what your post will look like when that happens.
You're so certain of your truth?

Based on what? ZERO evidence. There is ZERO evidence for what you believe is the truth. If there were any evidence, any at all, then the man sitting in the White House would not be there today. The numerous enemies of this president would have used that evidence to remove him from office. But there is NO evidence that supports what you so devoutly believe. NONE, NADA, ZILCH.

You accuse others of having closed minds. But the person with the closed mind is YOU. You've made up your mind what YOU believe, and nothing will ever dissuade you. But you have no foundation for what you believe. That is a closed mind. A mind that's decided, based on nothing but suggestion, to believe in something, with ZERO evidence for that belief.

Doesn't matter, a birther that has gone all the way down the rabbit hole believes that any court willing to disagree with their self professed truth that President Obama was not born in Hawaii is biased. The only court that they will trust to render an objective decision is the one that will take their side. They have a very similar treatment when it comes to the documents. The official state agency of Hawaii verifies in writing several times that Obama's birth certificate is valid and the birthers ignore that as evidence. However, they will take the word of a geriatric sheriff and his blue hair brigade who only examined a scanned image obtained from the internet and declare that a massive conspiracy has been taking place since the 1960s that involves officials at the highest levels of both state and federal government both Democrats and Republicans to make sure that a black man was elected President in 2008 and 2012.

The stupidity of birthers is mind boggling to even think about for a rational person.

Every time they have been debunked, proponents of Obama have replied by calling names and insulting the intelligence of those who question Obama's legitimacy - this has not changed.

You say it is 'well said' in support of another childish rant by another person who wishes this issue would just go away.

I predict that the SCOTUS will whitewash this issue and become complicit in one of the greatest and most damaging frauds ever committed against the American people.
The records have been challenged by people without the knowledge, experience, or MEANS to challenge the records.

And at this point, insulting the intelligence of "birthers" is not unreasonable. Because people who continue to pour money and other resources into investigations of a birth certificate, when the STATE that ISSUED the birth certificate has asserted and continues to assert the veracity of the information on that birth certificate ARE stupid.

It's like this, some guy on the street says Restaurant X serves turkey burgers. A bunch of people scream, no, that's wrong, they don't serve turkey burgers. So guy on the street produces a menu that shows the restaurant serves turkey burgers. And a bunch of people say the menu is fake. They produce self-proclaimed experts that say the menu is fake. And the restaurant makes a public statement saying that they do, indeed, serve turkey burgers. The bunch of people who continue to try to prove that the menu is fake are WASTING their time, because the restaurant, in making the statement that they serve turkey burgers, has made the menu irrelevant. To try to continue to prove that the menu is fake is STUPID. Because the fact at issue is whether the restaurant serves turkey burgers. And since the restaurant says it does, the menu is irrelevant.

Obama says he was born in Hawaii. He produces a birth certificate that says so. The STATE of HAWAII verifies that the information on the birth certificate is an accurate representation of the information the STATE has maintained in its records. Since the fact at issue is where Obama was born, and Hawaii, the only authority on who is born in the state, says that Obama was born in Hawaii, the birth certificate is irrelevant.
