Legalsea reportedly 'acted up' in a third grade art class, resulting in loss of milk privileges for the day. However, the official school records from this incident in 1962 have been wiped out of existence, while the teacher, Mrs. Potter, suddenly and unexpectedly died at age 89 in 2009. Legalsea refuses to comment on either the milk incident, or speculate on the death of the teacher that revoked his milk pass.

Legalsea has reported obtaining his first driver's license in 1971, but he has so far refused to release the actual license to investigators. Legalsea's only comment "I guess I lost it". It has been reported that Legalsea continues to drive.

Legalsea has reported that 'my father was Welsh, my mother Irish'. Yet, he also has been recorded as stating, to a friend in 1976, that "my family came from Ohio", while in 2010, on a forum called City Data, he reported being a "True Texian". A member of the posse investigating Legalsea noted that "No one today uses the term 'Texian' to describe themselves, except for people from New Jersey who migrate to Texas".

It has been reported that Legalsea claims that he 'can't recall' what he gave his wife for each of their wedding anniversaries, especially those prior to 2010, raising speculation about whether he is legally married.

Legalsea has been utterly unable to recall any specifies about his Freshman year at college, except to say that 'I guess I went to a bunch of classes and partied quite a bit'. He has also dodged questions about specifics for his other college years, while claiming that his law school experience 'seems like a bad dream'. The posse is investigating reports that Legalsea dropped a biology class in his Junior year due to it 'being crazy hard'.

Legalsea admits to having visited Germany in 1980. He denies that he joined the Nazi party while in Germany, although he admits to having visited the Hofbräuhaus am Platzl (site of a famous speech by Hitler, although whether Hitler spoke the night Legalsea visited is unclear). Legalsea claims that "I had some beer" and that the night "remains foggy" to him. The Posse reports that, according to archived weather reports, on the night in question there was no fog in Munich and the skies were clear.

More details will be released as events warrant.

(update): Legalsea now claims that reports of his planning to run for public office are untrue, and that he only said that back in college to impress a cheerleader he met at a party. The posse has discovered that the cheerleader was not impressed, and that Legalsea then claimed he was going to be an astronaut. It was unclear to the posse whether this new information succeeded in winning over the cheerleader.
Beautiful!

i've continually offered to discuss the issue with you politely, without "threats, insults and slurs". you've yet to even acknowledge a single one of the offers.

you've stated that you find the mere mention of the word "birther" to be an insult. if it will progress the dialog then i'd be happy to mutually pick a new word to describe a person that believes obama is ineligible.

How about "dumbass?"

Sorry. I know you're trying to encourage that poster to engage in some reasonable discourse, but I couldn't resist.

How about it, OAS? Up for it? Are you going to demonstrate what you blankly assert, or run away?

I've asked him twice now in this thread as well. Gee, I wonder why he's ignoring us??? Could it be that no other president has ever been asked for their kindergarten records?

Birthers--the idiots of our time.

Rush Limbaugh: "It's Time To Do A 'Official' Background Check Of Obama", "The Media Never Vetted Obama"

Limbaugh is part of the media, looks like he isn't doing his job

i'll confess to a hearty laugh when i read your post.

nothing would please me more than having a polite discussion of birtherism going thru each aspect systematically, point by point, and separating the facts from the myths and direct BS. i doubt that's what the poster in question wants but....... i'll keep putting the offer out.

at the very least it's an instantaneous debunking of his/her claim that anti-birthers can't discuss the topic without insults.
