Just a quick follow-up. Please cite which laws have been enacted that "deliberately" violate the US Constitution, and what sections of the Constitution do those laws "violate"? Also, please give us sources which back up your claims.
There are so many laws where the Democrats have deliberately violated the US Constitution I will limit the list to only those unconstitutional anti-gun laws, like:
  • Gun Free School Zone Act of 1990 - ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court in United States v. Alfonso Lopez, Jr., 514 U.S. 549 (1995)
  • Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act of 1993 - ruled unconstitutional, in part, in Mack and Printz v. United States, 521 U.S. 898 (1997)

But you see I abide by the law and have nothing to fear from the police in fact a number of them are good friends.
The only people that should be/ appear to be , disturbed seeing some one armed, is the criminal supporter.
In which case I hope it scares the daylights out of them.
The draw back to carrying, is the criminal mind is likely to abuse this oppurtunity as well .
But , the more folks that do carry it still holds true ,the fewier would be criminals there are, willing to do something stupid .
I would almost like the wearing of a gun to become a fashon statment ,even if it is a concealed carry .
The point being that the more whom get the training and learn to handle the gun responsibly the more polite people become altogether, not knowing wether the person they would normally take ese at insulting and or abusing might actually be carrying.
I see a great many new first time gun owners in gun shops now days fearful of the posibility of not being able to get a gun in the future to protect them selves and not for hunting .
Many of these are women . In fact I notice a lot of single women getting the training, and taking an active interest in learning to defend them selves, because it is becomming increcingly obvious that the police cannot protect you when thing reallly go down.
I only read your first sentence.
They would lose my respect and would no longer be my friends.
I don't need inseure whackaloons in my circle of friends.

"Obamacare" - ruled constitutional by a conservative-leaning Supreme Court.

You see, the "system" worked. The Supreme Court rulings appear to be exactly what one would expect when an Unconstitutional law is challenged.

Show me laws that "deliberately" violate the Constitution and have not been challenged up to the Supreme Court.

If a bill is passed into law which you and others think is unconstitutional, then your job is to challenge the legitimacy of that law.

Sure you could, even with a 1911. A custom model with a speed magwell for fast mag changes. Matter of fact any IDPA shooter would do very very well with a 7(er 8 depending on mag brand) +1 1911 .45 ACP. 3 1/2# - 4# custom trigger job and a lot of practice. After all, they shoot IDPA Major Power Facter.........
