Strawman's arguement! The "intent" of a car is to transport people or goods. What is the "intent" of a gun?
To injure or kill. NEXT!

More people fell off ladders today.... than shot in accidental shootings/discharges...

More than 500,000 people are injured each year while using (or misusing) ladders.

So your point is that more more people fell off ladders, they at least serve a meaningful function in life, getting shot at a gun show is dumb. I thought these shows were so well organized and safety was their first concern, so much for that.

That's a ridiculous comment. Following the same logic, you should include all controlled substance pharmacies into drug dealing. Like you said, legal or illegal, they are still selling drugs.

How can someone mix suicide, self-defense and murder in one bucket and called "firearm related death." Well some death are justified and rightfully intended to be so!

Guns serve to protect your life and your loved ones, which is not meaningful???

Guns and gunpowder were invented by the Chinese to kill. You can use your guns to scrape butter on your toast but that doesn't change its primary function.

Guns don't kill people do. I didn't read that anyone was run over by a car in a dealership at all ever really.

The first national gun appreciation day -with an emphasis on GUN OWNERSHIP AND SAFETY - results in 5 different shootings in three different states.

It's a PR nightmare of magnificent proportions.

Responsible and intelligent gun owners (yes, there are a few) everywhere - should be PI$$ED.

I totally agree! And the next time a ladder is used to slaughter 20 school children, I am going to Washington to fight for banning ladders!
