I'm sorry, but this bill does not call for confiscation. It offers tax credits for people who surrender certain types of firearms. That is a far cry from ATF agents kicking in doors and snatching guns from people.
which out of 2000 you might get 150-200 dollars in your refund, if you are lucky. offer people more money for their firearms and they will come to you instead of the government.

This is ridiculous. Why should my tax money be spent on buying back someone's property???
When the Government fears the people, there is peace. But when the people fear the Government, well, the United States happens. The people are no match for domestic or foreign threats once they have been disarmed and the people of the United States are rapidly walking towards that scenario.
You only need to look back at history to see how the above is factual.
