If you advocate to keep private gun ownership and refuse strict gun control, then you BET you're responsible. How could you not be?

Why would he be?

Strict gun control on whom? I advocate strict gun control on criminals not law abiding citizens. You however advocate the opposite. In reality, YOU are responsible for the murders.

According to the US Constitution, the Bill of Rights would be the cause.
Just try to amend the Constitution if you wish.

Because the guns used in almost all of these crimes are either stolen or black market?

So it basically boils down to this: The founders who gave us these rights and made us swear to uphold them are the murderers? You know, the same founders who used these guns to fight and die to protect our rights against a technologically powerful and tyrannical government. The founders had to advance their weaponry to match the British.

So, you got nothing, just a bunch of gibberish.....but don't worry...one day you will be able to answer a question.

I think I can, I think I can......keep saying it and it may come true....

You forgot, nobody cares about the constitution anymore.

So, what you are saying is, if you drive a car, you are responsible for all people who have an accident?

Please tell us what you know about "strict" gun control.....

Please tell us what criminals think about law?

Go ahead, I'm waiting....

Criminals are decent, upstanding people and need to be protected from gun owners while doing routine home invasions and mass murders.

They spend ridiculous amounts of money to make sure realistic and useful gun laws will never happen, thereby helping to facilitate a lot of the aforementioned shootings. If you are a member of the NRA, your dues money is helping to keep kooks armed and dangerous

Must you hijack every gun thread with your unique brand of smarmy ad hominem attacks? Cigarette smokers weren't ALL inconsiderate, but it didn't matter. There are now smoking bans in most states. Drivers are policed about as well as is possible and there is a system of fines and points and insurance rate hikes to enforce compliance with motor vehicle statures. Castle Doctrines and Stand Your Ground type legislation encourages the irresponsible use of firearms. This is the wrong direction to be heading in. Criminals will be criminals and when criminals start gunning down innocent civilians with any regularity you can bet there will be pushback.
