Gee,...one would think the "run-off" was a part of the primary.

Thanks for clearing that up.

No one had a majority. It was a 3 way split with Dewhurst holding the most % of votes with Cruz in 2nd.
The run off, Dewhurst remained at the same % give or take, but Cruz picked up all those other voters.

2/3rds, in the Primary, wanted anyone but Rick Perry's right hand guy. It took a run off to see it clearly.
They tried to silence Cruz early on, as they did Ron Paul in the Presidential run. It didn't work.
Ted Cruz is Presidential material.
A side note that was never announced. When I was in Ft. Worth at the Texas GOP Convention, Ron Paul won the most delegates.

Understand about the lack of background checks for private citizen sales. That is a loophole.
But, does anyone know if it is illegal for a private citizen to sell to a felon?

Yes it is a felony to sell a firearm to a known felon, that goes for private sales just like FFL sales.

There is no error, some people are just looking for a reason to attack Cruz.

Correct. Some people just cannot handle the truth. The OP is well known for this.

Ah yes, but the *******s rarely let reality or facts get in the way of a good story.

Meet the Press

It's Texas.

Cruz probably has a lifetime seat.
