Well, it starts with creating bogus "questions" about the deaths of children and implying that some of the family members of these people are lying.

It doesn't really matter where it progresses from there or how you want to justify it, it's deranged.

If this local photographer snapped one photo of the children lined up and evacuating, why not others? Typically, multiple photos are taken of a major tragedy.
