Republicans ofcourse want Al Qaeda to flourish so that when they get the Presidency they can use Al Qaeda as an excuse to invade yet another wrong country and ramp up government spending in the form of military $$$.

Republicans would rather let thousands of our troops get killed in invading the wrong country and fighting that countries civil war instead of telling the invaded country to accept some personal responsibility and use their own soldiers instead !
