Listen to what this powerful woman says about the institutional racism from the criminal "just us" system, how this is a new jim crow system instituted today in the lives of black people and black men in particular. I got some experiences of my own that I will share later on as this thread grows and progresses. Anyways this woman breaks down the ramifications to a T that I described in the OP. Enjoy...
