You gotta give NK credit to have the balls to even say that lol....but this is the strongest language they have used to threaten the U.S so it should be taken seriously. If any country said that as publicly against Russia or China i'm wondering if there would be a tepid response - probably not. The U.S should leverage China in this to punish NK further for bad behaviour.

North Korea hitting the US with a nuke would result in the end of their country. I don't think they're stupid enough to try.
