President Obama should enlist Secretary Clinton to give an address saying "What difference does it make if the president violates the constitution?"

Wait - isn't that the liberal motto?

Offhand, for all the Bush haters bringing up what Bush did, and how he allegedly violated the constitution.

Does it still make it right? If anything I would be outraged at my own party for not filing suit to put a stop to it. Checks and balances....

#1 Technically Bush did not do the same. The whole point is that Obama made recess appointments when there wasn't a recess - per recent court ruling.

#2 Obama supporters really have to give up the "but Bush did it too" defense. Bush was a horrible president and your constant need to compare Obama to Bush is showing that he is becoming a horrible president too. It would be nice if liberals would force Obama to live up to his words and not flip flop or lie as much.

It is on topic.
The black man did it so it's wrong.

It's simply poutrage. Nothing more, nothing less.

Has nothing to do with race...

Guy murders someone, doesn't get caught.

Another guy murders someone, "well the other guy didn't get punished"

Feel free file charges against bush if he violated the constitution.

Who knows what this SCOTUS will rule? The partisanship it has displayed in the past leads one to think they will rule against the WH, but what any of us think is irrelevant. So, I would suggest the hate anything Obama hold off on their gloating about things they know nothing.

Yes, the court, bush appointees and are right LEANERS.

I compare Bush to Obama because Obama is NO WORSE. No balanced budgets under Bush for 8 years, even when the GOP controlled the congress for about 3 of those years. Bush did pretty much what he wanted to do as president, and now the fake outrage of Obama for doing about the same? O Please, spare us at least some of the hypocrisy!

Now the real problem for the Obama Appointments is, with Mary Jo White to SEC hair, what on earth is "NCIS LA" going to do without a boss?

It is not about party. They have both become Progressive bastions.
It is about values, be it the I don't like what your doing, Progressive and the controlled global social engineering grand idea, or live and let live Conservative, just leave me alone.
