So by semantics you disenfranchise another of the rights you enjoy.

misrepresentation to its finest. What many on the pro-choice side claim is that when the fetus will become VIABLE. Please look up this term.

A fetus can be viable from 22 weeks into a pregnancy (with a low percentage rate of survival).

Organism isn't the same as a human. Zygote is not a human being.

It's not semantics, a fertilized egg can not survive outside of the womb, and is therefore not a viable lifeform.

What type of organism is it?

DNA determines species and it has human DNA. Your point is philosophical versus science.

The law has spoken to your second question and it depends on viability.

My skin has human DNA, yet it is not a human being.

We had a preemie, born at 28 weeks. I thought it was a baby, but all this time it must have been a fetus, at least until it reached 5.25 lbs and was released from the preemie ward, at which point it became a "human"

According pro-abortion people, babies are disposable at any point of development as long as they are unwanted. On the matter of allowing an abortion-surviving baby to die, Obama said, in effect, that it was the intent of the woman for that child to die, so therefore it ought to be allowed to die. No life supporting assistance is to be permitted.

So, the woman chooses death for another living being, and it's apparently OK in spite of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

human hair has human DNA - yet we shed hair every single day. So we are murderers!
human Nails has human DNA - yet we file, cut, bite them. So we are murderers!
human skin has human DNA. - we shed skin every day. So we are murderers.

That is how ridiculous your position is.
