No it isnt because

1. 16 i not a minor, by the standards of 21 states and the government of DR

2. Because the Protect act does not say you cant hire a prostitute when you are in an area where it is legal.

its ethical, not illegal.

ok, the age of consent in DR is 18. i must have been looking at a different number when i saw 16.

however, it still doesnt change that the Protect act doesnt make your case. If the girl was 18, he could hire her as a prostitute and it would be perfectly legal.

which still makes you dense.

and, we went through this with the Secret Service. If you argument about prostitution had been true, they would all be in jail right ?

You are a funny guy. Time after time you have to admit that you were wrong and then completely change the accusations to try and point the finger at me. And I'm the one that is dense?

As far as I know there were no S.S. agents accused of having sex with a girl under the age of consent.

FBI agents late Tuesday night raided the West Palm Beach business of an eye doctor suspected of providing free trips and even underage Dominican Republic prostitutes to U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J. — who has denied what he calls the “fallacious allegations.”

I read the article. What I gathered was that this doctor has enough money to owe the IRS $11 million and what I also gathered was there was no hard evidence that Senator Bob Menendez had sexual relations with underage prostitutes. The FBI agent was unable to corroborate the tipster's allegations.

If Menendez had been a conservative Republican, the New York Times would be calling for his resignation.

When a 'liberal' Democrat abuses underage girls, it's considered career enhancing.

Of course, the Drudgereport has the story.

It's more than a garden variety sex scandal.
It's prostitution and underage girls.
If true,he is truly even a bigger scumbag than previously thought.

reread that first sentence of mine again.

There is no proof there is even an investigation much less proof he actually had sex with under aged prostitutes.

You are making an argument based on something you cant prove. That is moronic.

the only source that there is even an investigation is a couple of emails that no one can even prove are real.

It amazes me how you can go on a holier than thou rant based on allegations that are based on allegations.
The FBI raided a FL doctors office as part of this INVESTIGATION
