Walter Meyerle Gets Up To 982-Year Sentence For Tattooing Underage Girl In Exchange For Sex

Wouldn't it have been easier and more economically sound to just buy 1 bullet and put it in his brain? I mean come on....Hopefully the general population will take care of this piece of scum.

As pointed out before, one of the major problems with sex crimes is the rate of false conviction. The guy in this case sounds guilty, but as a general matter, we have to be careful in this area of law.

I take it you would have ordered this innocent kid raped or killed after his conviction, right?

Innocence case stemmed from perjury, not error

If not, explain what process you'd use to distinguish child rape convictees from one another when it comes to doling out punishment, in order to only target the guilty.

You have a point,I say then in cases where the guilt is 100% not in doubt execute them. I would even go as far as saying as long as there is dna evidence from a neutral source then execute them.
