Imagine that you've shouted from the rooftops your beliefs and then you are in a stadium full of people, many of whom greet you with your own personal salute, and then demonstrable evidence is offered in that stadium and around the world, evidence that clearly refutes your theories.

Owens was not awarded the Medal of Honor. It is strictly a military award, and is awarded for acts of valor above and beyond the call of duty.
