Come on now.
Better question are you serious that one the request from one embassy out of the hundreds of diplomatic posts in dozens of high risk nations isn't comparable? Just on the day of the Benghazi attack, 20 U.S. diplomatic facilities were under some form of assault.

So is it your argument that Libya deserved greater attention than diplomatic facilities in Yemen, Kenya, Mali, Tunisia, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Pakistan, Indonesia, Egypt, just to name a few?

Which was worse?
Apples and oranges.

Libya was a country torn apart by war caused by Obama, less then a year earlier., whose government and political leaders were either destroyed or dissolved.

Libya was a hotbed of terrorism before Obama invaded, and was even worse afterwards.

The consulate in Libya was attacked multiple times in the months leading up to 9/11. The ambassador was screaming from the rooftops, to anyone who would listen, that the consulate was not safe, and would likely be attacked in the very near future.

Meanwhile, the terrorist warnings leading up to the twin towers attack, were extremely vague, and buried among dozens of other equally vague terror threats. Add to this, that the CIA director was not concerned about terror attacks on US soil, because his shouting from the rooftops was that the next terror attack would be cyber terrorism.

If Benghazi terrorism was the result of incompetence, was also 9/11?

Both. Our intelligence community needs to stop withholding info in these cases.

The votes went like this.

Repub: 147
Dem: 149

Who cut the funding? Also, were you not paying attention that the WH already said that the funding cuts had no effect on security at the embassies and such?

When they ask for it the answer is a swift YES and nothing else. They were denied and help was told to stand down... WHY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I would say that is true of liberals they do tend to shift quite often in what they believe and get amnesia frequently in matters concerning other liberals.
