My question to the Tea Party "Patriots":

Why? What have our brothers and sisters in the Northeast, who have been struggling with such devastation, done to deserve such inhumane treatment by the Republican Party? Why such hate? Where is the "compassionate conservatism" that George W. Bush used to talk about? What does the Bible say about this?

When the Senators from the coastal states get hit with a hurricane, the ones in the mid-section get another batch of tornadoes; you can bet they will have their grubby hands out to the Feds for help!

This money comes from taxes. Holy smoke, don't we have enough of a deficit to satisfy you? If you are so generous with other people's money, why don't you pay twice as much tax to help them?

Here's an idea - why don't we stop giving handouts to "moocher" Red states such as Missouri which take in more federal money than they give?

So if the states where these Republican senators hail from had to seek aid if a natural disaster struck their state, they would have voted "nay" on their aid bill?

As FEMA funds run out, senators from states with most disasters oppose funding bill | The Center for Public Integrity
