I see a lot of red states with Republican mayors on this list. The correlation isn't politician party, it's how poor the city is.
Civil unrest justifies the expansion of military authority against citizens by government.
Some would argue there is an intent to create civil unrest to do just this.
As for myself, I'm not sure I would go that far, but I wouldn't rule it out either.

The left wing media tells them how to think. Using Peace through strength is common sense if you don't want anyone messing with you. To make it in the streets you show strength so no one will take you on. You know that. The left wing media told you not to understand Peace through strength so you dummy up.
The most violent places on earth are democrat districts in liberal democrat run cities.
That cannot be disputed.
No place in the U.S. holds a candle to the most violent and dangerous spots on earth.
Just off the top, Somolia, Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, South Africa and Honduras have one or more cities that rank amongst the most dangeous places on earth.
I need citations where a majority of democrats have said that they are the party of peace. I'm thinking, though, that the OP was using his "gut logic" over that over logic that resides within one's cranial cavity.
