So now all of the sudden the conservatives who are for everyone "pulling their own weight" want to - *gasp* - make the healthy people pay for them? I didn't know conservatives were in support of socialism.

Nope. Wrong again. As a conservative I want everyone to pay for THEMSELVES. I don't want to be forced to pay for you, your children, or anyone else. And I don't want you forced to pay for me, my children, or anyone else.

I don't speak for ALL conservatives. I speak for myself. "Death panels" are up in the air. Its a semantical game at this point. For, the fact is, conservative OR liberal, you, nor I, have no clue what is going to happen in the future.
The simple fact of the matter is: The system is going to limit health care, based upon alot of reasons. You can call it a death panel or prudent use of resources. That is up to you and your own personal opinion.
It doesn't change ANYTHING of my original post however. Simple fact is, YOU as a liberal, want it all and you want someone else to pay for it. THAT is the factual and true to this day. Me? I want it all and I am willing to pay for it MYSELF. I don't want one single dime from you or anyone else for my healthcare, life, or anything else.
I fully agree. Stupid people should be allowed to die and not burden others with the cost of being stupid. So eat and smoke yourself to death. Just don't make me pay for it through taxes and insurance premiums.
Yep. If you are stupid enough to drive a car or go rock climbing and you hurt yourself, you should die in pain. No meds of course unless you pay for them OOP.
