I support the killing of anybody who has taken up arms against my country and its people.
This poor guy that wrote the above is unable to stay on topic......LOL This simple concept of having some due process for US citizens before you kill them is too complex for him to handle.
Oh... it wasn't "too bad" at all. The son had thrown in his lot with Al Qaeda. He knew what he was getting himself into, his own father was the cautionary tale to end all cautionary tales.
He made his choices. Choices have consequences.
I never read any stories that said that. Where did you get that from ? Link please.
There is a clear difference between engaging a target in the midst of combat, and cold blodedly assasinating an American citizen.
Once again we are confronted with the false dichotomies of the right-wing.
No... there is not a "clear difference." There is a gradual continuum between two infantrymen shooting at each other in the heat of full battle and the strategic planning of operations back at general staff HQ, with innumerable intermediate situations in between.
At no point in that continuum does the citizenship status of the enemy matter one whit.

If you believe anything about this issue is "simple" then you are probably not competent to participate in the discussion. I believe there is a whole "fashion and beauty" forum that might better suite your temperament.
What court would he be tried in? And how would we capture and get him to the US?
Obama ordered the shoot to kill for the Somalian pirates. I had no problem with that either. Neither do I have a problem with the killing of Osama or any other terrorists that were killed while GWB was president. We are at war folks!
The man was an AMERICAN CITIZEN. What the hell do you mean,

How about a federal court?
Somalian pirates, are not american citizens, shoot em. Foreign terrorists, shoot to kill, An American Citizen HAS to be tried in court and found guilty before sentence is passed.
I know he was a terrorist, and YOU know he was a terrorist, but he was also an American Citizen, and at the very least deserved what our constitutional rights provided him, and one of the things are, the President of the United States, cannot decide as Judge Jury and Executioner.

Apparently when you swore an oath to uphold the Constitution, you failed to first read it.
A citizen levying war against the United States has committed treason - and the constitution provides for due process to be completed before a citizen is convicted.
President Obama acted as indictor, jury, judge, and finally executioner.

Tough guys like you love to trade their civil liberties to feel safe. ...LOL
Scared of some two-bit Arab peasant, he's willing to let politicians break the law.
