The government can pass a law making it illegal for you to breath. Illegality =/= morality.
Morality is irrelevant. The test is constitutionality.

Unconstitutional laws should and must be disobeyed. Now, if that meshes with your morality then all the better...

I in mnay ways find it kind of funny that the same courts that ruled that flippin g off some one in public was no longer disorederly conduct because it was a common language of the people;see it much different when it happens to them.
