I find this funny when around 75% of NFL players carry guns. I guess Ray Lewis decided to sit this one out. Oops they aren't talking about banning knives.......yet........never mind.

It's laughable. Many more people have been killed, maimed, and crippled by football than the number of people killed, maimed and crippled by any of my guns...namely, zero.
To each his own. If you want to play football, all well and good. I prefer to keep my brain intact and my knees intact (many NFL players are unable to even go jogging after retirement)
To be able to play this long in the league, to be able to run and jump and distance run, it was a motivation for me. Because so many players in the league will play until they can't run anymore. And I was fortunate, I had a short career, I only played five years, but I made a commitment to myself when I went in that I wanted to be able to run when I got done playing.
To each his own, but I will be laughing my ***** off when the nannies go full force after football, as inevitably will happen, in light of the fact that these NFL players are going after guns, my means of self protection.
