Yeah the "right" doctor. No abortionist is a good quality doctor for one, it's very easy for the stupidest doctor to kill babies because it's a low tech procedure than can be just as easily done with a coat hanger. You just mash, slice up, or burn the baby with chemicals until it dies. Good doctors actually want a more challenging job, saving lives takes brains and talent, killing is very easy.

She would have been turned down by most decent doctors trying to have a perfectly viable baby killed. Most ER doctors aren't abortionists so it's very likey she had to travel to another state to find an abortionist willing to kill a baby well past the age where they can survive outside the uterus.

The abortion clinics are run by the very lowest life forms. It's not at all surprising when women get infections or bleed to death in those places of death.

Agreed, that "right to choose" goes out the window at some point, but don't tell democrats that, they might actually have to discuss abortion in rational terms. They'd rather just demonize their political opponents and claim they are "at war with women" or some such crap.

She never even got to see the doctor, let alone start an abortion: "Her attempts to reach Carhart were unsuccessful." She walked into the clinic already extremely sick--so bad that the local ER couldn't even save her OWN life.

This article isn't about abortion, it's about how some women are not educated enough to seek professional help BEFORE the situation turns irreversible tragic.
Then that's not the same article I read.

If something goes wrong at those clinics, they call 911 like everyone else and those women are transported to the ER. The ER is equipped to save lives.

Women would prefer to get their abortions in the ER, but for the morally black, they often need to go to clinics like this one.
Now just a **(^^_+*!^ minute! The article said nothing about that. In fact the article offers little medical information at all, other than that the woman coded several times, had severe bleeding and died.

This is a personal attack on another CD member, and an attack on women in general.

Yes it did, it mentioned she traveled out of state for this abortion.

You can save your "attack on women in general" for someone that cares. Hint, it isn't me.

Traveling out of state isn't a medical issue. The states around there are small.

Obviously you don't care about women, even if you are a woman, which a surprising number of women-haters are.

"Women in general" aren't having abortions. Only a certain kind of woman would have her own baby destroyed. Criticizing abortionists and the women that frequent their abortion mills is not attacking women in general.

I'm not a woman nor do I care about women who abort their 33-week baby.

If she was having a life emergency, she could go to the ER. I doubt that's in a different state.

Umm... first paragraph in the article:

Quote:
"...a woman died from complications after undergoing a late-term, 33-week abortion at the hands of the infamous abortionist, LeRoy Carhart..."
The sentence you quoted is in reference to her attempting to reach the doctor when she began to suffer complications after the procedure. The ER also attempted to contact him, unsuccessfully. Had she not seen him she would not have been his patient, so why would the ER bother trying to get in touch with him?

What is that "certain kind of woman," exactly? I know more than a few women who've had abortions, and they come from all walks of life... so I'm not sure what connection you think they have, because there really isn't one.
