They behave like soldiers - they act like they are engaged in warfare - and since they are colloquially soldiers - they cannot be murdered.

That is the point that zombie was making.

So do security guards. They aren't soldiers either.

A McDonald's worker wears a uniform and have to follow orders. Their weapon of choice: slick advetising and serving unhealthy food. More people die from unhealthy diets in this nation than the many people killed by soldiers in our military or by police officers while on the job.

No they aren't. They are people who work to enforce laws, something you show with each post you have no respect for.

The history of the slang was cute, but it that's all that it is: cute.
because, like with everything else you are ignorant on, you apparently do not know what a soldier is.

Christopher Dorner was a soldier - both in his cop and navy career and between 2/3/13 - 2/12/13.

He made a mistake with the initial shootings - the lady and her friend were not legitamate targets.

So following orders is being a soldier? Then that makes every single person who works in the USA (who doesn't own their own business) a "soldier".

And another person that doesn't know what warfare is.

Oh yes they can. When a person knowingly kills someone else, its murder, no matter what position that victim holds. Whether police officer or the drug addict on the street corner.

Sorry, but please provide EVIDENCE not your conpiracy based nonsense that this happened. Seeing as he posted the Manifesto on his fACEBOOK shortly after murdering a couple. The police at the time didn't know who the suspect was.

It's really pointless to talk to someone who refuses to see the truth. But if you're paid to rob someone of their freedom (arrest), invade their property, or even kill there are no ethical boundaries for someone to kill you first. Cops and soldiers serve the same role in two entirely different arenas. Hell, their roles can be blurred. I know, I was a soldier, even part of a militia that functioned like police back in Chechnya. My distaste for all matters of authorities comes from experience not just here but in multiple different countries.

I'm not ignorant, I'm just awakened and saddened that so many people are stupid they don't understand these things for what they are. They only understand these things for what people tell them they are.
