Yep he borrowed that idea off of Mittens and like him will not name the loop holes, when he identifies the loop holes let us know. He did not have to talk about tax increases the Senate did that for him with their new proposal of a minimum tax of 30% on millionaires.

Maybe if we legalized marijuana we wouldn't need to increase taxes so much.
