now that you mention it, it's quite likely that teddy imbibed a bit of water while dogpaddling from the crime scene.

that should be more than enough reason for liberals to destroy him, seems like. just for the sake of consistency..

Who "idolized" Ted Kennedy? I`ll wait.

I think that he did not actually swallow, therefore he did not drink (therefore avoiding the new liberal sin of drinking water).

I would offer that Kennedy rarely drank water- only Scotch.

Libs now will have to drink pure grain alcohol now (or rain water- just like Col Jack Ripper in "Dr. Strangelove") as they will have to avoid having their precious bodily fluids being contaminated with fluoridation!

If this thread makes conservatives in 2013 feel better ...

GO FOR IT!!!

Enjoy the feeling! Revel in the belief that you said something witty!

(personally I think this is lame.)

I don't know what liking or not liking Rubio has to do with Ted Kennedy but maybe the difference is between a political person that had paid his dues for a long time and one that is being put in the spotlight before he is ready to be there.

Rubio is not ready to lead anything so let it go and move on to someone who may be. I am just about conservative as conservative gets but I wouldn't vote for Rubio on a Christmas tree because I don't trust him. We need a president who had ancestors in this country when it began.

I haven't seen anyone in politics lately that I think is worthy of getting a vote and that includes Romney. We need someone who knows what being a real American is and most of those that can get votes do not know that in my opinion. Rubio does not have deep enough roots to be a good president.

Sure. If you think that I was some Ted Kennedy crotch sniffer you are barking up the wrong tree.

Will you admit that nobody implied that drinking water on camera is a moral affront?

Either of those are bush league "attacks" compared to the stuff thrown at Obama (Barack or Michelle), Clinton, Pelosi, etc on a regular basis.
Both Rubio and 'Carson are much feared by the left, especially those who don't think Obama can swing handing him another term without an election.

Did you see Rubio using meth or is this just another left-handed attempt to get a rumor started among the leaners?
