George Bush was a major disappointment as well. No WMD indeed. He was merely a front for the NEOCONS who were in the debt of the AIPAC bunch. Bill Clinton was a lousy President. Personal behavior being only part of it. He promised we would only be in Bosnia for a year--and of course it was nine years. However, the two worst Presidents for foreign policy we have endured in the 20th century would clearly be Jimmy Carter and our current President.

What we need is a president with intelligence, morals and vision.

Still waiting.....

Coolidge was a progressive opposite reflection of the Randians inflicting the Republican Party these days; Running a country as if it's a collection of separate economies with no impact on national level. It's fun to sit around the dorm room and internet message board and espouse such ideas, but damn if it doesn't lead to failure in the in practice.

Clinton only seems great compared to the absolute failures we've had in the White House since the 50's. FDR was probably the last really good President we've had, and his cousin Teddy was probably the last one I'd consider "Great."

Baring any major foreign war breaking out between now and 2016, in 50 years from now I bet historians will hold Obama in higher regard than Clinton.

Unicorns aside (and no, you can't substitute your little pony either), our republic's political system has become such a money game it is a crime. Many were appauled when the Supreme Court allowed for massive campaign donations---that is horrible.

We need a law like the most a private citizen can donate is $100.00 a year per candidate. Tax deductable. NO organization, business, union, think tank, etc. can make any donations. Make illegal campaign contributions a capital offense.

All candidates must be able to pass a random US Citizenship test, possess a basic understanding of international affairs, able to take and endure stress and have some military experience.

Oh, and speak a second language.

Eisenhower, then before that you would have to go back to the 1800's. And Abraham Lincoln was the worst president of all-time, second worst would be FDR.
