Sounds like a well-reasoned ban to me. In most instances I can think of, there would definitely have to be a presumption of guilt prior to prosecution, which isn't exactly in-line with America's criminal justice system.

Yes it does sound well reasoned, which is why that I am shocked that it came out of Texas. Give them credit where credit is due. This is a common sense law that should have been passed.

They were devoting so much time to editing anything remotely negative about the United States, and the South in particular, from their history books on that day that they simply dropped the ball. I'm sure they will rebound and be back, working towards a good, solid secession plan or a bill that would enable Sheriff Cletus to arrest Obama if he sets foot in the state. You watch.
