Likewise in my neighborhood, where condos are going up left and right (and probably won't affect prices at all, because demand for housing is so intense due to the booming economy).

Yeah but Michelle has been showing up all over television comedy shows telling us how cute she thinks her new bangs are. And if that's not enough she will perform little dance routines and help the idiot fans forget that the economy is in big trouble.
