He is eligible to be president.

They are corrupt but the original birth records from 50 years ago should have a independent professional attestation done to them for authentication. Obama’s birth certificate is either on that microfilm roll along with the Nordyke twins’ (born the day after at Kapiolani) birth certificates, or it’s not.
